Ship's Meeting 0/2105.22 (22 May 2021) Shady Oak BBQ, Ft Worth, TX The friendly crew of the USS Sea Tiger met again for fun, fellowship, and great food. In attendance today was MGN Tank Clark, RADM Liz Goulet, CDR Tracy Clark, CDR Scott Cornatzer, LTC Roon Marchant, MGSgt Alan Goulet, MCPO Michelle Goulet, and local member Perry Brulotte. Also joining us was Vino Silmon, a member of our KAG sister-ship (IKV SuvwI'ta'). The crew were reminded again about the region's online Summit/3BDE Muster on 0/2107.10 (10 July 2021), as well as the upcoming Good Day to Dine at New York Hill Restaurant in Thurber, TX. Members of at least three ships should be there (USS Sea Tiger, IKV SuvwI'ta', USS Diamondback), exploring the 'ghost town' before rendezvousing at the restaurant at 1630 hours. We briefly discussed some of the activities from earlier in the month (the Texas Scottish Festival & Highland Games, Scarborough Renaissance Faire) as well as some activities we are looking forward to doing (a trip to the Artillery Museum in St. Jo., a visit to the Wise County Heritage Museum in Decatur, and a trip to the Fort Worth Military Museum in Fort Worth). I have assumed the role of Acting Third Brigade OIC, and I applied for the position on a more permanent basis. I believe I could perform well in that job, and I look forward to the challenge. Early planning continues on both 2022's 30th Anniversary celebration of our chapter's commissioning and the "Imperial Summit" concept for 2026's Region 3 Summit (assuming we'll be meeting in-person by that time!) Clark, commanding Sea Tiger, out.
