Ship's meeting,
26 Sep 2020, 1100 hours Patriotic Pig, North Richland Hills, TX In attendance at today's meeting were MGN Tank Clark, RADM Liz Goulet, Cmdr Tracy Clark, LTC Roon Marchant, Ens. Brian LaDue, MCPO Alan Goulet, and MCPT Danial Roe. We gathered together for some wonderful fellowship, tasty food, and enjoyable conversation. We discussed doing something special for our 28th commissioning anniversary in October (the chapter was commissioned as the USS Comanche, on 01 Oct 1992). We decided to go to Sea Quest Fort Worth, on the date of our regularly-scheduled meeting. It looks like it might be a lot of fun, so we'll give it a try. Also in October, we've been invited along on IKV SuvwI'ta''s away mission to the Wax Museum, 1100 hrs 10 Oct. Our November and December meetings are very close to holidays; instead, we're going to hold a single meeting/activity on 05 December. We'll celebrate our Klingon Dinner Thing, the Ferengi Gift Exchange, and a pot-luck luncheon. Daniel has offered to host this in his quarters. We are all saddened by the unexpected death of Capt. Michael Cross. This surprised us all, and is a reminder of the transitory nature of life. Fair winds, Michael. Clark, commanding Sea Tiger, out.

Landing Party: Leonard's Department Store MuseumLanding Party: Leonard's Department Store Museum Successful Landing Party today! Thanks to RADM Liz Goulet, MCPO Alan Goulet, LTC Roon Marchant, CMDR Tracy Clark, and MCAPT Daniel Joseph Roe, for joining me on a tour of the Leonard's Department Store Museum, and lunch thereafter. The museum is small, but interesting. I even learned something! After lunch, some of our Marines went to Omaha's Surplus to look at awesome stuff (and buy a little of it!)
